Scott Swanson is a litigation partner at the firm whose practice focuses on business litigation and corporate bankruptcy matters, representing a diverse client-base in complex commercial disputes in both federal and state court.  His clients include real estate owners, developers, institutional lenders, trustees, equipment lessors, media production companies, creative agencies, companies, investment funds, and investors. Scott has worked at premiere mid-sized and boutique litigation firms in New York and served as a law clerk in both federal and state courts after graduating from St. John’s School of Law where he received both a J.D. and LL.M. in bankruptcy.
