We have extensive experience in syndications, financing, leasing, and single-asset and multi-property acquisitions and sales encompassing all types of real estate, including residential, multifamily housing, office and industrial properties and shopping centers. We advise landlords and tenants negotiating and documenting commercial, industrial, retail, other business leases and subleases. We have handled transactions involving millions of square feet of leased space in urban and suburban areas, and structured lease-equity deals and other innovative approaches to lease transactions.

We represent domestic lenders, including banks, mortgage bankers and mortgage brokers, in all types of secured lending. Our work on structuring and negotiating real estate loans includes commitment letters, loan agreements, notes, mortgages or deeds of trust, environmental indemnity agreements and other collateral documents. We also design and carry out appropriate due diligence investigation.
